Most of the time we tend to look up and wait on God to move when in reality it’s God looking down waiting on us to truly surrender to Him so He can begin working in our lives.
This is something God has truly been working on in my life – Surrender.
Like the story of Abraham when God told Abram to “GO” and it didn’t make sense, he went. Like the story of Abraham when God told him to surrender his son’s life, he did and he watched God provide. Like the story of Abraham when God told him his descendants would be numerous than the stars, it was.
Abraham was a normal person listening to the voice of God no different than you and I today. The difference is we look at his life as a Bible story and not reality. If God is telling you to go, then go. If God is telling you to surrender than surrender. If you don’t, you won’t move any further to see your descendants blessed through Him. The Christian walk is all about Surrender for God to be able to lead you to His next plan.
