On May 16, 2021, I had the opportunity to speak at First Baptist Church of Trenton! This was the first time that Least of These Ministries was presented. I was super excited and nervous, but I thank God for such an amazing opportunity!

The church had food catered by Thai Koon Kitchen and it was absolutely delicious. The dishes included fried rice, pad thai, curry, som tum (papaya salad), and egg rolls. Emily made her mango and sticky rice and I made Sakoo which is a coconut dessert that I brought over from Thailand. The Thai lady who catered the event was impressed so as long as she liked it, that means it passed right? It really made a good cultural experience for everyone to enjoy!

I want to say thank you to First Baptist Church of Trenton, Pastor Tim, Sis. Ronica, and everyone for making me feel so loved and welcomed! Your support and encouragement means so much to me. I know a lot of you don’t even know me, only by being Emily’s friend, but I thank you for trusting and supporting the Gospel going forth. I know for a lot of you this was sacrificial giving, and that means so much to me. I was completely blown away.

I also want to thank the people running the sound booth/presentation/video/cameras. I know there is always complications when it comes to technology, but I thank you for taking time out of your day to set it up. I want to thank the people who came and helped in the kitchen before and afterwards! And most of all thank you to Emily for organizing this event and setting this all up to make it possible. Thank you for always encouraging me in the Lord!

Again, thank you all from the bottom of my heart! May God bless you all at First Baptist Church of Trenton. Looking forward to seeing you all again someday!

I am excited to see what God does through Least of These Ministries as we continue to serve Him on this journey together!
